4. Maintaining audience engagement

Learn the speaking skills mastered by broadcast journalists, plus how to maximise one’s online presence, include passive audience involvement techniques, and plan and manage the audience Q&A, polls, and quizzes.

5. Managing the webinar flow

Ways to recap and emphasise the speakers’ key messages. Techniques for effectively managing the conversation between speakers. How to control the time and interruptions.
